But worth it today!

There was a slight inclination to see Norwich promoted. Getting that 14 year record smashed is a bit of a priority (in my opinion)

Need to settle for being "A LEAGUE ABOVE"......, oh well ---->> Historically, that's how it's always been anyway.

Glad the w*nkers got beat, let's hope they lose their best players, if they have any, then slide through the leagues and implode, I think that's what was being said about us a couple of seasons back. Karma you w*nkers. Now f*ck off.

Those poor bastards, that's a real shame. For too long we've had to put up with their constant crap about who's the better team and finding amusement from our own misfortune and now they got to suffer and miss out. I hope it really hurts for them, about damn time they were made to properly suffer and revel in their own disappointment and hardship.

Seems all they've done in recent years is find fun in our misfortune and now all of the sudden they're looking foolish and forced to sit out and watch the parade go by. To hell with the 15 year unbeaten sequence, ideally they can keep it, the most important and tangible thing right now is we've once again overtaken them as East Anglia's leading club name and return to the very highest level while they got to accept another season in lower league.

They've had their fun, made enough light of our own misfortunes, so just feel inclined to say f*ck them and such a shame their season has ended in such a manner. Still somehow don't wish Leeds to get no promotion so kind of waiting on a WBA or Southampton final victory to round things off.

Oh and the best bit is that if we do have the misfortune to play them again (hopefully never), it is us who will either have PL money or parachute payments cos they are gonna have to take their chances now without a penny extra to spend... oh dear, how sad, never mind...😂👍

We could always break the hoodoo in a cup game. That would do nicely 👌

Carrow Road is falling down!! For too many years we have had to put up with that lot crowing about how they would never play us again and they are the Pride Of Anglia. Well the tide has finally turned and I and no doubt many other Town fans are going to enjoy every moment of it.

Really?

Must admit, I am shocked at that, Wilf.

In my experience , (myself & all my buddies, Hibees & Jambos) --->> the derby fixtures are the very first noted in the fixture list and all other events, (including weddings  ) are arranged to avoid derby days.

Must admit, there was a severe lack of enthusiasm for both of the Old Farm derbies this season. Found that strange after 4 years in League One. But you saying, "hopefully never" goes a long way in explaining that.

Edit:None of the above is a dig at you, Wilf. It's merely an observation on the entire attitude towards the rival game in East Angular!

Traditionally , narwich have always had a very good cup pedigree…. They used to be crap in the league ( no change there ), but you wouldn’t want them in the cup. I’m talking decades ago, in the 1950’s….

No offence taken at all! I have never been a huge derby day fan as its just too fraught with danger and disappointment. Maybe its 15 years of pain that gets to you. In fairness, I don't care about the derby so much. My diary check always goes to first game, boxing day and NY day as I love those games and then to whatever I miss via holidays etc! Next season, every game is an adventure so who knows but I for one won't miss the derby for a few seasons...

Oh and I also look for when we are playing the 'big clubs' and Norwich do not appear in that list...

Much the same Liz. Some days feel ok and the next like crap. Got quite a few hospital appointments in the next few weeks including seeing my Cardiologist, a respiratory consultant and a endocrinologist. Spent so much time up there the last few months I feel like I’m a member of staff!
Thanks for asking, much appreciated.

You stay as well as you can Tony, and trust me when I say, me and Mike always think about you and wonder how you are. You’re a long time buddy through thick n thin at this club. I hope Colchester Hospital can keep you safe and more importantly remedy your issues. See you in August xx

That's because he was talking in their native tongue, Norwish. It's similar to English, but far more basic and sounds like you've sat on something unreputable.
