As with any new football design, it's all about the collar. Get that wrong, (like ITFC's home shirt last season) and it won't be purchased.

They all need to have their collars felt - purely for quality reason of course!

:D My collar being felt days are so far in the past, it's like another lifetime ago........., but i do sometimes see other people getting their collars felt, Herford. People say the world is getting worse......., but collar feeling is very much less in my opinion.

Lay off Greggs steak bakes and fudge donuts for at least a month before purchasing a white football top.

Or, as blueMike says, don't buy them.

As white tops go, that isn't bad at all, Lucy. I think I like it too.

The home top will take a few looks to get used to it, but I think that'll be very popular. Well done on both from me.

I think the home kit looks cheap and nasty with those awful V bands across the chest.

Away kit looks much better.

The football and the fans are apparently better "away" too. Keep the sh!t for home.

Still not completely sold on the home top, but you guys will see it all over Ipswich. The men's Large is guaranteed to be out of stock within a week.

I doubt we will play in the away kit much ( again), as it will clash with so many teams home colours. Bloody waste of time. The home shirt isnt even Royal Blue ffs!!

Well as usual the club have missed a trick here, why not have three shirts on display and then let the fans vote on which one they like the best and use that one!

If I'm not mistaken, James and Lucy are both young? Yes? They both do not like new design. I'd say adidas are trying to impress the younger folks with this........., so after this two people survey....... It's failed.

Yes I don't like it either. So as you say Adidas targeting us younger fans is a failure!

The V design IS the new shirt. So how can you like it if you're not keen on it? You've confused me, Lucy.

Several bottles of Coors hasn't helped either.

Neither design is a winner although in favor of the away strip over home colors. Just appears it's been done in a hurry with little patience or imagination, and the end product, is below standard.

Got to remember (in that) whatever the design, will have little effect on what actually occurs on the field of play or the players themselves, but it's not going to be everyone's liking. Add to that they alter the designs so often that by this time next year, doubtless we'll be reviewing another issue.

When you consider also they cost next to nothing to manufacture but may retail at fifty to sixty pounds and the volume of purchase involved, it's the supporters who ultimately lose out.

That home shirt will look much better seeing it in the shop. Pictures are sh*t. Yes, there will be the obligatory, "saw it, it's even worse in real life!"....., but for me, confident it'll be a decent top. And it'll be popular.

New kits invariably divide opinions, yet a lorra lorra supporters will fork out to be seen wearing the latest versions - Dedicated Followers of Passion!

I'm of an age where all that stuff is for the youngsters to get excited about. What matters for me, is the quality of what's inside 'em. :)
