I think you’ll have to search hard to find another Championship club that’s done any better in this window.

In fact I don’t think there is one, although I am a wee bit worried the deal has been confirmed yet and has a dependency on Bournemouth securing Enes Unal on loan from Getafe.

It looks like Bournemouth secured their man from Getafe 25 mins ago which is fantastic news.

It has been confirmed Andy, as has the transfer of the Turkish striker to Bournemouth. We can breathe a little easier now!

Very good piece of business.

Travis, Sarmiento, Al-Hamadi, Moore

Well done Mark Ashton and Co.
Agree! Just need a full back if BW is going back?

VERY happy with Moore and Al-h as strikers - means we won’t have three next season too once Hirst is fit again.

I’m so excited to see how these guys can do.

Interesting to hear Ashton say that Moore was always our first choice. I guess he would say that but if true then Blackburn weren’t the only one playing games.

Can I change my prediction league goal scorer to Moore?

This is such a relief and shows how committed our American ownership continues to be! Well done Mr Ashton!

Yes, huge well done to all involved in what’s proven to been outstanding business in this window. Have to include our owners, who have clearly given great financial support, particularly in getting the KM deal over the line in the face of some fierce competition. How times have changed in a comparatively short space of time!

I bet that makes Al Hamadi feel a million dollars  though I guess his price tag does anyway...

Good news!

Plus Brandon Williams is apparently returning to PR, looking good for the run in.

No more ins or outs this window

Lee Evans likely to be de-registered to get squad to correct number.

Cameron Humphreys staying then by the looks of it I though he was going on loan to Bolton, I'm just glad the window is almost closed.

There has been an array of emotions on here.

Excellent window....., never in doubt. Won't go "Full Metal Rossi" and say Champions, but Mash & KMcK have certainly made the chances of autos much better.

Kieffer, with more maturity ----->> Daryl Murphy til seasons end

This move earlier today caught my eye

Adama Sidibeh [Warrington Rylands - St Johnstone]

For a moment I thought it must have been a move from an Australian team to the Scottish Prem (has to be somewhere in Oz called Warrington).

On checking it is Warrington in the NW!
Never heard of the team but apparently they are in the Northern Premier League Premier Division.

Not sure what it says about the quality of both leagues!!

Interesting that BW’s return was somehow linked to the transfer window - KM’s comment.

He’s continued to be on loan here, despite returning to MU for ‘assessment’, following injury and illness. There’s undoubtedly a bit more to his situation than is being stated; but ultimately the lad’s entitled to privacy etc.

I think we should be happy that he’s returned - hopefully fully fit and raring to go - because he’s a decent player and provides some quality FB depth. Suspect he’ll be given the right support from KM and the team. In many respects, it’s akin to another quality loan signing in this window. Wish the lad well.

Well with Kieffer at 6ft 5 he's going to be one hell of a presence in and around the box, it will be interesting to see what formation we take up now with 2 out and out strikers could be 4-4-2

I don’t think so. KM will stick to his formation. Keiffer will be the the number 9, Al Hamadi will be a bench player coming on late if needed. I’m wondering if KM will play Morsy and Travis and save Luongo as a sub. We also have to consider what role Sarmiento will have. It’s all looking good on paper. Hopefully it will pan out.

100% no, it'll be the same, and I can see Al Hamadi being a substitute for Moore against tired legs later in games, but also maybe played across the front 3 as he becomes accustomed to this level.

We could set up 3-4-2-1

Defensive 3, Burgess /Woolfie / Edmundson or Tuanzabe) with 2 Wing backs ( Clarke/ Davis/ Williams) either side of Morsy / Luongo or Travis. With Moore up front with Chaplin and Alhamadi or anr behind him.

The bench would have say. Walton Tuanzabe or anr. Williams or anr, Travis or anr. Sarmiento, Hutchinson, Broadhead & Burns

and we still have Harness, Jackson and a few others who are going to struggle for game time.

Head to head with Broadhead for that position? To be honest, the way Broadhead has been playing, his spot is in danger.

Whatever starting X1 McKenna chooses his options from the bench will be massive.

It would be great to have more strings and systems to our bow, but McKenna has never deviated from the current system, not even for 15 mins at the end of a game (afaik), so I really don't think we'll see anything different.

100%. The amount of quality forwards we have now is ludicrous. Add Hirst back in later in the campaign and it's a bit silly to be honest. That's a lot of players to keep happy, McKenna has a real job on to achieve that.

Just watching Life's a pitch and both Butcher and Osman are not happy with either of our new two front men, I just hope they are wrong.
