We got away with one there. Tuanzebe caught out upfield. Boro looking dangerous on the counter attack.
Morsy playing great Captains game showing leadership all over the pitch.

Biggest risk in the second half will be getting caught by the counter attack as we search for that second goal.

Let’s go for it, COYB’s

If only Hutchinson knew when it was best to pass rather than go alone we’d be 2 up for sure. He’s so much like Raheem Sterling was when he was his age.

We’re still on top but nothing to show for it.
Broadhead and Moore are warming up.

Sarmiento and Al-Hamadi replaced by Broadhead and Moore on 59 mins.

But may well still be our MOTM, he’s been absolutely unplayable but just makes a few bad decisions with the ball.

Both players have played brilliantly and given it their all but both are knackered in the Portman Road sunshine and almost on their knees. I think McKenna spotted that both players had dropped their pace and needed fresh legs. Definitely no reflection on their play.

Shame Sarmiento had to go off. Thinking being knacked on 60mins isn't great.

In my opinion he’s had a brilliant game but has taken a few heavy tackles too. I think McKenna has called it bang on especially having a player as good as Broadhead available as his replacement.

I think we’re still looking good as long as we don’t get caught again against the run of play.

It’s almost worth throwing the sink at it, but that’s what Leeds did and we know what happened to them.

Even a draw gives us another round of fixtures going equal or better than Leicester and Leeds.

He better not do anything crazy like take Hutchy off and put Taylor on. That'd be annoying.

OMG, what a save by Hladky to deny Boro going ahead. That was as good as a goal. Holy sh*t he’s done it again as I type.
Hladky MOTM for that. 👏👏👏

Circa 80 mins, if you’re not watching look it up.

Some desperate defending in added time to stay in this. Still time to go either way. Please let it be us to score Late. 🙏⚽️

I’m not sure about others but having watched the game from start to finish I don’t think that was crap at all other than maybe our defending for their goal. I actually enjoyed the game and of course we did one better than both Leicester and Leeds which has to be our weekly objective.

It feels better than the last two games' results. Boro tough and gunning for playoffs. Nothing wrong with that and we've outdone our promotion rivals.

I'm glad we're playing half decent to be honest.

How did Al-Hamadi do??

Another frustrating 96 mins at Portman Road. Thank f*ck for Hladky who produced to wonderful saves to earn us a point. We just didn't look like scoring a 2nd. If only Hutchinson could make better decisions in the final 3rd. We are 3 wins from the Premier League so its in our hands. 😉

Not singling people out but if Woolfenden wasn't on the pitch we win that game. Although Hladky with Two mega saves was vital for us. Big chance missed, Two points dropped. Feeling a bit deflated atm

Top of the league and yet I'm gutted we could have almost been promoted by now but it's still in our own hands.

A great opportunity missed. Such a shame Hladky prevented the corner - he kept it in play, half cleared it and the defence was all over the place and they scored. We’re have defended a corner better. But hindsight is a wonderful thing. Some excellent saves at the end.
Al Hamadi was a headless chicken. Runs a lot but no control, and turns about as quickly as a shipping container. Might be ok in league 1 but not good enough here.
Dominated the match but couldn’t score. As I said on Wednesday, Hutchinson is brilliant with the ball at his feet but it all goes wrong when he tries to pass or cross; no end product at all. Exciting to watch but so frustrating.
Chaplin tried hard but nothing came off. Morsy gave the ball away in dangerous positions on a number of occasions towards the end. Despite that we were so much on top that it really was 2 points wasted. A good game to watch though.

Does anyone know when/if Burns will be back? Last I read the mri scan wasn’t as bad as first thought.

I thought Chaplin was absolute trash today if I'm honest. A bit harsh on Ali too, wasn't his best game for sure but certainly not a headless chicken or not good enough, sometimes it happens, I take it you've seen Moore last 4 or 5 games, that was poor.

At the end of the day we are top, if we win Two out of Three then Leeds have to win the lot, I get the feeling we'll meet a Coventry side with nothing to play for which will be good. It's going to the final game, also if Southampton beat or draw with Leeds we'll be big favourites to go up.
