Forum looks split at 5/5 win/loss and 2 say pens.
Strong side v Exeter? Got to be the win! Enjoy the game and the Devon pasties! Is there such a thing? Must be.

Strong team and stats looking promising after 70 mins, clearly we’re taking this seriously and just hope for the sake of PH and the lads we can come away with a win.
Shame we conceded but now we need to score two, simple as that.

Should have played reserve players and youngsters. Confidence won’t be good now only bonus is they may have a slightly better understanding!

Well If we keep up this type of performances I can see us in dia trouble, I think Villa will beat us Saturday, its going to take a long time for these new players to Gel, still we'll give PH until Christmas to get it right, if not, he can walk out

Alarm bells starting to get a just tad louder. Senior pros need to up ther games; we need to play with two up top. Predictable routine defeat; but patience needed or we’ll become a patient in survival mode.

hmmm - interesting interpretation you have of 4-3-3. It's not lost on me.AylesburyBlue wrote: ↑Tue Aug 14, 2018 6:57 pmBart

But all the commentators and pundits I have heard tonight state that it was 4-5-1 and Jackson was completely isolated up front.
Proof once again that one striker up front at this level does not work.

Should that be carrowroad?? Your previous posts show support for paul jewell and mick mccarthy. Had you actually had to sit through the dire sh*te that was servered up you would understand why mick had to go. Its been 3 bloody games with new faces all over. Give it time before you start with all the " told you so" bullshit.valleyroad wrote: ↑Tue Aug 14, 2018 10:39 pmWonder how long it will be till the penny drops about the quality of Mick McCarthy ?

Re: Exeter City vs Ipswich Town (EFLC) Preview & Matchday Thread
Forgive me for sounding pessimistic but on this form i’m struggling to see where we’re going to pick up points this month.
I can only hope we retain our past performance record at Derby where we’ve picked up 9 points from our last three visits with three consecutive 0-1 wins.
In fact we’ve not lost on any of our last 10 visits to Pride Park so at least that should have a minimum one point in the bag!
